The Lone Wulffe squadron, organized on December 28, 1998, is a virtual combat squadron consisting of a group of friends who have been flying the skies over the Western Front for well over 13 years.
Our pilots fly in either Red Baron, or more recently; Rise of Flight.
A RED Baron Pack has been released on Steam fr $9.99. It includes both the original Red Baron and the Red Baron 3D releases.
I just tried the Red Baron 3D and it works really well – just click on “Glide” in the settings to get slightly better graphics 🙂
It has been far too long, but I’ve combed through the site and cleaned up our links. Also added some excellent new sites as well. Be sure to check them out when you get an opportunity.

The best dogfighting flight sim of all time returns from Damon Slye, the original creator of Red Baron.” This is what we found on a Kickstarted site after LW_Ronin forwarded us a link to the amazing news recently. And while myself and many of the Lone Wulffe have contributed, this is what I found when I checked in at the Mad Otter Games Kickstarter Campaign site today:

Just added a link to a VERY handy new page that lists the status of the current Rise of Flight servers. Â If you click on a server name, you’ll be able to see who flying within as well as what aircraft are available at a glance. Â Very nice.

Completed a series of updates to the website over the past several days. New features include new videos (Dr1 and Camel Dueling at Dusk and Mikael Carlson’s Fokker Dr1) posted to the Media page, and new historical aircraft (Walter Bonin’s Albatros D.Va), new squadron aircraft (Ronin’s Fokker Dr.1) and new single player missions (eight in total, all posted with permission by their creator, sweeteye) on the ROF Resources page.  Finally, updated and added new links under a new category called “Commercial.”
